A short walk from Bethnal Green underground or Overground, Waking Dreams is a multidisciplinary movement hub, with a variety of exciting classes on offer and access to saunas, showers & cold plunge.
I work out of the treatment room here, offering appointments on Thursday mornings & lunchtimes.

Situated on Central Street, near the heart of the city between Old Street & Barbican Stations. An aerial, pole, and dance space with an extensive schedule of classes.
I work from the small private studio, comfortable, warm and spacious with plenty of room for exercise & stretching.
Mondays - 16:00-18:00
Wednesdays - 10:00-14:00
