Service Description
Learn to turn with control and grace. We'll be exploring the foundational technique for your pole pirouettes & turns, as well as optional details, pathways and combos to add extra flair to your rotations. We'll cover the strength elements, the technical elements and style elements of different types of pirouettes and turns, as well as conditioning exercises and drills to help you improve in your own time.

Cancellation Policy
Please make sure to allow 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No refunds will be given after this cutoff. For any questions, please contact us via email. Refunds will be provided by store credit unless otherwise requested and confirmed with us, and a service charge may be applied. It is the responsibility of the client to inform our team, before booking, of any medical conditions or injuries that may contraindicate treatment. Any bookings that cannot be carried out due to contraindication are the clients responsibility. We will make all reasonable effort to reschedule a treatment in this case, but in the case that the booking cannot be rescheduled, no refunds can be given.
