Book Your Spot

Who is this workshop for?

Any pole dancer who wants to feel more confident in their flow - Pirouettes and turns make up a huge fundamental part of pole flow, and learning to balance and control your rotations will not only improve your pirouettes but will have an impact on how confident you feel shifting weight, walking in heels and making smooth transitions from one move to the next.

If you're a beginner, we'll work on developing your technique, coordination and strength so you can pirouette with ease.

If you're more advanced, we'll deepen your understanding of form and posture, and show you how to add extra depth, texture and style to your pirouettes and turns.
