Welcome to the Pole Foundations Series.
For our third workshop in the series, we'll be working on getting upside down! This may be a huge milestone in your pole journey, or a goal that feels just out of reach but it's not a process that we should rush. Inverts are difficult and technically complicated, and getting upside down and being able to invert cleanly & aesthetically are two very different things.
Because of this, I'm splitting this workshop into two levels.

Invert Starter is for those who are either working towards their first invert, or who have managed to invert but aren't quite sure or confident with their technique.

Invert Master is for those who are already confident getting upside down, but want to make their inverts stronger and/or more aesthetic.

Who is this workshop for?

Invert Starter

For those who want to get upside down safely and securely. Whether you've already managed your invert but your not quite sure on the technique, or if inverts are hurting your back and you can't figure out why, or maybe you haven't quite got your invert yet and you don't know where to start. The Invert Starter is for you.

Invert Master

For those who can confidently and safely get upside down, but want to make their inverts look cleaner, more stylish, more special, and who want to be able to link inverts seamlessly with other movements.
